Concept & Schematic Design
During this stage we obtain an accurate briefing from you to ensure we understand your preferences and requirements. We will document existing conditions and begin to formulate some considered options for redefining the spaces. We will also provide you with a presentation to visually outline our interpretation of your brief and to suggest any ideas that we may have to enhance the design outcome.
Interior Design Development
During this stage we will further develop your design concept. Depending on your particular requirements, we will provide initial draft plans and sketches (schematic drawings) to further communicate the design direction. We will then investigate and propose a selection of finishes, materials, fixtures and fittings according to your design brief and budget. At this time we will also commence to liaise with and co-ordinate any other services and consultants that we feel are necessary for your project.
Joinery Design & Documentation
In this stage we prepare detailed drawings (plans, elevations, sections and detail drawings) together with other schedules to communicate design details and enable accurate tendering. We prepare specifications in accordance with the drawings and the client's requirements describing the quality of materials, finishes and quality of work necessary to obtain tenders and meet building regulations.
Furnishings & Accessories
Wrightson Stewart provide a unique and exciting Interior Furnishings service. From custom designed and locally manufactured items to curated statement pieces we craft an individual story - allowing each selection to contribute to the interior and architecture. We look at window treatments to create privacy and control the outdoor elements. We look at styling to reflect the personality of the client and the space. Every home is different and this service is tailored to suit.
Design Management
Once a tender has been approved, we will ensure that the relevant contracts are produced and a meeting of all relevant parties is scheduled to commence works. During the construction period, we provide a design management service that is a complement to the site supervision provided by a building contractor.

Working alongside our preferred Architects and Building Designers allows Wrightson Stewart to be fully immersed in the building as a whole, resulting in an holistic and exciting outcome.
